Based in Vancouver Canada, Haven Chills is a rock band with the knack of creating music that is both exhilarating and dreamy at the same time. While happily taking up residence inside the “just rock” genre, Haven Chills is as much at home constructing post-rock psychedelic and alt-rock abstraction. Playing music with an ear for the modern, this debut release is full of rich electronic textures and built conceptually with subject matter that is current and engaging. Each song displays a deep love of multiple eras of guitar-based rock all of which are molded to the distinct style of Haven Chills.
